Preparation of roofs and other exterior surfaces described by Zinox: metal, shingles, wood, concrete and membranes.
Preparation and application
- Remove large debris. For the coverage shown, mix one US gallon of concentrate with four US gallons of water.
- Spray and allow 5 to 10 minutes of contact time, without letting the cleaner dry completely on the surface.
- Rinse thoroughly, then let the surface dry before coating. Use gentle pressure on shingles.

Your questions about Z-Cleaner
Does 1,500 sq. ft. refer to undiluted concentrate?
No. Coverage refers to the mixture prepared from the full 3.78 L container of concentrate and four US gallons of water. It is not coverage per gallon of diluted mixture.
Are the 5 to 10 minutes a drying time?
No. This is contact time before rinsing. After rinsing, the surface must dry completely before a coating is applied.
Which container is offered?
